30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you decide the Naked Nursing Complete 3-Volume Set isn’t right for you, you may return the complete physical set within 30 days of delivery.

You are welcome to open the books, look through them, read them, and evaluate the material.

To qualify for a refund, all three volumes must be returned in resalable condition. Books may be opened and carefully reviewed, but they must not contain any writing, highlighting, markings, torn or damaged pages, stains, water damage, excessive wear, alterations, or other damage.

All three volumes must be returned together.

Included Digital Book

Your Complete 3-Volume Set also includes access to the Naked Nursing digital book.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, the digital portion of your purchase becomes non-refundable once it has been accessed or downloaded.

If you return the physical books without having accessed or downloaded the included digital book, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the physical books otherwise meet the requirements of this policy.

If you have accessed or downloaded the digital book, the retail value assigned to the digital book at the time of your purchase will be deducted from your refund.

You will continue to have access to the digital product you purchased.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and properly packaging the books to prevent damage during transit.

Naked Nursing is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll make it right.

Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the affected product or issue an appropriate refund. If the problem is our responsibility, Naked Nursing will cover the reasonable shipping costs necessary to correct the order.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending your books back.

• Order number
• Reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without first contacting us may delay processing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the included digital book has been accessed or downloaded, its retail value at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

If your physical order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the digital book has already been accessed or downloaded, the digital portion of the purchase is non-refundable.

Once the physical order has shipped, it will need to be returned according to the terms of our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Suspected Fraud or Abuse

Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to give students confidence when purchasing Naked Nursing.

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund in cases of suspected fraud, repeated or abusive return activity, or other misuse of this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
